Tax-firm privacy obligations
As a tax preparation firm, we are subject to additional federal obligations governing the confidentiality of client information, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act Safeguards Rule and IRS regulations under Section 7216. Those rules govern how we handle nonpublic personal information provided during a tax engagement. Information submitted through this website before engagement is handled under this Privacy Policy; information provided during an engagement is also governed by our engagement letter and the federal rules above.
