Amazing people and place! Herman was very accomodating to my friends and family. He handles things very simply and explains what he does thouroughly. His consultation and fees are very reasonable , transparent and follows the law of the State to a "T". The office is small and intimate. Every client is treated like family and not like a number. I was having a miserable time with my previous accounting firm & decided enough was enough. I got a referral from a friend to give Katie a call. My nightmare was over!! Katie set up a time to go over what I needed & expected from an accounting service. She got all the records from the old firm & seamlessly set up a new program for me. We did an exhaustive search of local tax professionals and could not find anyone we felt comfortable trusting with our taxes, but then we got lucky and found Katie Gorles by referral. My wife dealt with her team by phone and in person and was impressed by their customer service. She felt at ease dealing with them whereas other companies were rude or combative. Ms. Gorles handled our taxes personally and found possible errors that our previous tax accountant had made. She professionally researched the issue by contacting our previous tax accountant to get more information and after reviewing with her, he said Ms. Gorles is correct and mistakes were made. That was a bit of an awkward issue and she handled it very smoothly. In the end, our family was very pleased with all aspects of our tax preparation by Ms. Gorles and her team and we will definitely be returning each year. We would be confident and pleased to recommend Katie Gorles to anyone for tax services and if you have been frustrated previous years I believe you will be very happy going to Ms. Gorles instead. The lady that referred my wife had a success story similar to ours with nothing but exceptional customer service.
